Foreign citizens are enrolled for training in the VyatSU according to The Regulations of Enrolling Foreign Citizens in The State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “The Vyatka State University (VyatSU)” in 2011/2012 academic year.

Summer Russian Language Courses
The university is preparing to conduct summer courses in the Russian language. The course will last for 2 months, during which the students will learn the Russian language, literature, history of Russia, and will also take part in cultural public events.
